Dr Neha Thakerar is a compassionate Oral Surgery & Oral Medicine dentist with over 6 years of higher training & experience in hospitals around the UK. Dr Neha provides oral surgery work at Marford Road Dental. She specialises in Oral Surgery, Dental Implants, Oral Medicine & Facial Aesthetics. 

 

Dr Thakerar completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2017 followed by her foundation training in the North Central London Deanery. In 2018, she became a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. She has since undergone additional training in hospitals across the UK, which include Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, and Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge.

She has acquired extensive experience in performing oral surgeries and treating very anxious and medically complex patients. In her nature, Dr Thakerar is an approachable clinican that makes patients feel comfortable and at ease.

Outside of dentistry Neha is fond of long distance running and runs regular half and full marathons. She is a cooking enthusiast and loves board game nights.
